INDIVIDUAL HOTEL BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- Upon receipt of the booking, the ECOC 2015 Touristic Secretariat will charge the first night as a deposit to guarantee the booking.
- The remaining amount due for the entire accommodation costs must be paid on 25th July. Otherwise the accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, a bank transfer for the entire accommodation amount can be made by this date.
- Any booking requested from 26th July should be fully paid in order to be confirmed.
- From 26th August, only payments made by credit card will be accepted. The total amount will be debited upon receipt of the booking.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF INDIVIDUAL HOTEL BOOKING
- All changes and cancellations must be sent to the ECOC 2015 Touristic Secretariat (accommodationecoc2015@viajeseci.es). Please, note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.
- For cancellations received before 25th July, the deposit will be reimbursed.
- For cancellations received between 25th July and 25th August, one full night will be charged by the ECOC 2015 Touristic Secretariat.
- For cancellations received after 25th August, no refunds will be possible.
- Name changes will be accepted until 11th September.
EXHIBITORS AND GROUP BOOKING
- Please note that group reservations, i.e. 9 rooms or more, will be handled by separate contracts and separate regulations.
